1.Who this covers

This policy applies to raouljaggi.com and the pages, forms, booking tools, and messages connected to it. The site is operated by Raoul Jaggi through AI Enhanced Scaling. When you share your details here, this is what happens to them.

2.What you give us

When you fill in the contact card you choose to share some or all of the following:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your birthday, if you choose to add it
• Whether you play golf, if you choose to answer

3.What else you might share

If you book a call, we keep the date, time, the meeting link, and any note you add. If you reply to an introduction, we keep your reply and any recording you choose to leave. If you join a group or an event through the site, we keep that too.

4.What is collected automatically

The site stores a random identifier in your browser so a card view is only counted once. It does not identify you, it is not shared with anyone, and clearing your browser storage removes it. We also record which links on the card are tapped, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs such as your IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising trackers.

5.How your information is used

We use what you share to:

• Send you Raoul's contact card by email or text
• Follow up with you after you meet
• Book, confirm, remind, and follow up on meetings
• Make introductions you have agreed to
• Run groups, events, and the show you have opted into
• Keep the site working and understand how it is used

6.Text messages

By entering your phone number and submitting the form, you agree to receive text messages from Raoul Jaggi at that number, including your contact card, follow ups, meeting confirmations, and introductions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything.

7.Introductions

The site includes an introduction engine. When Raoul introduces you to someone, your name and contact details are shared with that person so the two of you can connect directly, and their details are shared with you. Introductions are made in the course of a relationship you already have with Raoul. If you would rather not be introduced, tell us and we will not.

8.Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that make the site work, each of which processes it on our behalf:

• Hosting and database providers that store the site and its records
• Email delivery providers that send your card and follow ups
• A CRM and text messaging provider that sends texts and keeps contact records
• Calendar and video meeting providers that create bookings and meeting links
• A payment provider, only if a payment is arranged with you
• AI providers used to draft messages, transcribe voice notes, and summarize conversations

9.How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we have a relationship with you, or as long as needed for the purpose you shared them. You can ask us to delete them at any time, and we will unless we have to keep something to meet a legal obligation.

10.Your choices

You can, at any time:

• Reply STOP to opt out of texts
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Ask what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it or delete it

11.Security

Your information is stored with providers that use encryption in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what is needed to run the site. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that yours will never be accessed without permission, but we work to keep that from happening.

12.Children

The site is meant for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

13.Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
