1.Agreement

By using raouljaggi.com, submitting the contact card, booking a call, or replying to an introduction, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2.What the site is

The site is Raoul Jaggi's digital business card and the way to reach him, book time with him, and be introduced through him. It is operated by AI Enhanced Scaling. It is not a marketplace, a payment service, or a platform for anyone other than Raoul and the people he chooses to work with.

3.Your information and consent to be contacted

When you share your details, you confirm they are yours and accurate. You agree that Raoul may contact you by email and, if you gave a phone number, by text message about your meeting, your introduction, and the work you discussed. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. The Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.

4.Bookings

A booking is a request for time and is confirmed when you receive a confirmation. Either side may reschedule or cancel. If you book and do not show, we may decline future bookings. Meeting links are for you and anyone you invite, and should not be shared publicly.

5.Introductions

Introductions are made in good faith between people Raoul knows. Being introduced is not a recommendation, a guarantee, or an endorsement of anyone's services, and any agreement you reach with someone you were introduced to is between you and them.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Enter someone else's details without their permission
• Use the site to send unsolicited messages or collect information about others
• Attempt to access accounts, records, or systems that are not yours
• Interfere with the site, its providers, or other people's use of it
• Copy or reuse the site, its design, or its content without permission

7.Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Intros with AI platform it runs on are owned by Raoul Jaggi and AI Enhanced Scaling and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Intros with AI is a trademark of Raoul Jaggi. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or build on any of it without written permission.

8.No advice, no guarantees

Anything on the site, on the show, or in a conversation with Raoul is general information and opinion. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and it is not a promise of any result for your business. Decisions you make are your own.

9.Third party sites and services

The site links to and works with services run by other companies, including the show's website, LinkedIn, calendar and video providers, and payment providers. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Raoul Jaggi and AI Enhanced Scaling are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

12.Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
